Job Description
Enterprise Risk Framework & Policy Governance Manager responsible for owning and evolving the Regulated Entity Risk Management Framework and leading enterprise-wide risk policy governance across UK regulated entities.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise or second-line risk roles within financial services or insurance
- Strong experience designing, owning or overseeing ERM frameworks and risk policy governance
- Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives, Boards and governance committees
- A sound understanding of UK regulatory expectations (e.g. FCA / PRA) and how they translate into practical risk governance
