Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Havelock Court Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a unit, supporting with clinical duties, and driving and managing a team of Care Assistants. Key skills and qualifications include an NVQ3 in care, previous experience in the role, and a passion for making a real difference to people's lives.

- Completed/working towards an NVQ3 in care
- Motivated, positive, and with great interpersonal skills
