Merchandiser, Global Merchandising (Men's Leather Goods)

We are seeking an experienced Men's Leather Goods Merchandiser to own and drive our product categories end-to-end, responsible for leading the full merchandising lifecycle from initial brief through to market launch and final exit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury fashion merchandising, ideally within Men's
• Strong market awareness and heightened product sensitivity
• Commercial thinker with exceptional analytical ability and sound judgement
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data at pace
• Highly proactive, accountable, and action-oriented
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable at presenting and driving discussions with cross-functional teams
• Collaborative, organised, and able to operate with clarity in a fast-moving environment
