Job Description
We are recruiting a Commercial Attaché / Assistant in CDI in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or (69) to accompany and support the commercial activity of our subsidiary. The role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and respect for contractual commitments.
Requirements
- Holder of a BAC+2 in commercial and/or administrative management or equivalent
- Minimum experience in client relationships and administrative management of files
- Analytical skills to identify adapted solutions for each situation
- Autonomy and curiosity to succeed in this function
- Rigor to ensure the completeness and perfect recording of files
- Listening skills and phone ease to respond to the needs of clients
