We're looking for a Field Service Technician for Load Carrier Control in the Düsseldorf Area to inspect pallets/load carriers, prepare inspection reports, and coordinate appointments with customers. The ideal candidate has completed training in wood processing/treatment and relevant work experience in pallets/load carriers. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also required.

Requirements

• Completed training in wood processing/treatment, e.g. carpenter (m/w/d), wood mechanic (m/w/d) or joiner (m/w/d)
• Relevant work experience and knowledge in the area of pallets/load carriers desirable
• Good German language skills in word and writing, good English language skills, Polish desirable
• High level of self-organization and structured working method
• Excellent customer-oriented service and communication skills
• Very strong willingness to travel and valid driving license Class B
