Construction Inspector-Oakland

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Construction Inspector to join their team in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in civil engineering or construction and a minimum of 10 years of experience as an inspector in public works. The Construction Inspector will conduct routine inspections, ensure quality control, and maintain documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Education: A.A. degree and minimum 10 years of inspector experience in public works
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician certification is preferred
• Skills: knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes, logical use of engineering and analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
