FPU Mechanical Rotating Turbomachinary Engineer #O&G1

FPU Mechanical Rotating Turbomachinary Engineer position at Gendalo Gendang Kali ID, requiring 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong construction engineering background and experience handling Mechanical Turbo Machinery Package.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or a related discipline from university.
• Min 10 years working experience in area production facility Topside.
• Strong experience handling Mechanical Turbo Machinery Package.
• Experience working in FPU/FPU/FLNG and brownfield project.
• Numerate and fully computer literate and will also have familiarity with mechanical engineering analysis and calculation.
• Familiarity with code and standard applicable for mechanical equipment including but not limited to API 610, API 674, API 675, API 616, API 618, ASME Sect. VIII, ANSI B31.3, NFPA30, and SNI.
• Familiar and understand with the Mechanical Specification and Design Criteria, Mechanical Drawings (e.g. P&ID, equipment Layout, piping isometric, hydraulic and control schematic), Hazardous Area Classification Concept, Datasheet, MTO and Bulk Material.
• Considerable experience of detail engineering design of mechanical equipment including but not limited to gas turbine compressor, dry gas seal, coolers, lube oil console, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pump, control volume pump, welded steel tank, chemical injection package.
• Familiar with the ITR-A, ITR-B, PTW (HOT / COLD) and Mechanical JOB Card.
