Laboratory Supervisor

The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the operation of the RCAp section, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient use of resources to meet production targets and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include leading and developing staff, monitoring workstations, reviewing analytical results, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc., technical diploma or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success in the role of Senior Analyst
• 5 years of experience in specific environment of which two (2) years are at a leadership level
• Up-to-date knowledge of laboratory process and automation
• Thorough understanding of Bureau Veritas's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
