Laboratory Support Chemist- Rotterdam 1

As Laboratory Support Chemist, you will support the Laboratory Services department in Rotterdam by taking on various responsibilities, including performing first-line control, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of laboratory equipment and setting up new methods.

Requirements

• Performing first-line control, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of all laboratory equipment and setting up new methods and providing necessary training;
• Executing orders related to chemicals and laboratory glassware, either individually or in consultation;
• Performing logistical sample management and waste streams of samples;
• Maintaining various quality management systems with regard to existing procedures and laboratory equipment;
• Performing proficiency tests;
• Planning, allocating, monitoring, and reporting work activities to the Team Leader Laboratory.
