Job Description
The Lead Technician QA Logistics Operations is responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and internal standards in a warehouse environment, with a focus on quality oversight and distribution release. This role requires flexibility to meet business needs, including working overtime and covering different shifts with little notice. The position involves providing coaching and feedback to operational staff, making independent decisions regarding distribution, and collaborating with other functions to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a GMP, Distribution Warehouse environment
- Experience working with SAP Exacta Warehouse Management system
- Ability to handle RF devices, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks
- Experience with cold chain processes and quality operations support
- Experience with Lean methodology and systems approach
