- License of Construction Supervision, grade 1
- Certificate of Labor safety, group 2
- Certificate of Labor safety, group 3 (work at height)
- Able to use English

- Courtesy and respect individual
- Good command of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...)
- Can work independently under pressure
