MEPFS Engineer - Cagayan De Oro Project

Lead and oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems for large-scale construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEPF engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
