Project Manager - Cagayan De Oro Project

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead design and construction projects at our project site in Cagayan De Oro.

Requirements

• Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project phases are executed efficiently.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project performance against established objectives.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Implement project management best practices and maintain proper documentation to track progress and resolve issues effectively.
