QAQC Architect for Cagayan De Oro Project

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Licensed Architect to join our dynamic team and showcase their design expertise. As a QAQC Architect, you will be responsible for preparing schematic designs, collaborating with design consultants and contractors, and overseeing the design and implementation of fit-out works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Licensed Architect with at least two years of experience
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, site supervision, and project documentation
• Experience in QA/QC processes and procedures
