Technical Assistant for Cagayan De Oro Project

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at our project site in Cagayan De Oro. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite administrative tasks, supporting the team in various essential functions.

Requirements

• Document Control: Logging, filing, and maintaining critical documents to ensure easy access and proper organization.
• Petty Cash Handling: Managing petty cash fund onsite, including reimbursement and liquidation of expenses.
• Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly accomplishment reports, ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately.
• Attendance Management: Preparing Daily Time Records and consolidating overtime, submitting them to the B&I Coordinator and HR for attendance purposes.
• Office Supplies: Responsible for managing and ensuring the availability of office supplies onsite.
• Other Tasks: Assisting with other administrative and technical tasks as needed.
