Operation Support Assistant

Implement business activities, monitor and correct/preventive measures, provide administrative support, handle customer complaints, collect income and analyze project costs, maintain systems for data accuracy and timeliness, and cooperate with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, related major in administrative management is preferred
• 1 year or more of experience in supporting jobs or excellent fresh graduates
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
• PC skills (such as Microsoft and Siebel systems)
