Project Coordinator MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)

Project Coordinator MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) required for a construction project in Jakarta, Indonesia. Minimum 7 years of experience in project site management, MEP supervision, and QA/QC.

Requirements

• Male/Female 30-35 years old
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s degree is highly preferred
• Minimum 7 years experiences working in the construction project site
• Experience and ability to manage few staff in the multiple project sites
• Experience in MEP supervision, QA/QC, MEP Engineering on construction projects
• Knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and construction processes
• Understand about Fire Life Safety Code and its implementation in the building
• Understand about Fire Fighting System Code(s) and its implementation in the building
• Understand about HVAC systems Code(s) and its implementation in the building
• Experience in the project site relate to Electrical Safety Assessment and Energy Audit activities
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems
• Experience or have involved process inspection, witnessing, and doing SAT and FAT
• Certificate of competencies (SKK) i.e., SKK related to Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing field
• AK3 Listrik Certificate of competency is highly preferred
• Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
