Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of a building project, preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities, and reviewing plans to estimate material quantities and costs.
Requirements
- PRC Licensed Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and project management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
