Job Description
We are recruiting for a Regional Reward Director - Europe Region (F-M-D) to join our team based in the European Union. The position offers flexibility with potential locations in Paris, Madrid, or Barcelona. You will work closely with our operational teams and clients to implement regional reward policy and align with the BV Group reward strategy.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in total-rewards management (compensation, benefits, LTI) and labour-law compliance across Europe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track-record of developing reward KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; capable of influencing senior business leaders.
- Proven project-management experience, delivering regional deployments of global reward initiatives.
- High integrity, confidentiality and solid financial & business acumen.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
