Risk & Safety Engineer (Senior/ Lead Level)

Our company believes in leaving a mark in shaping a world of trust. We are looking for a Risk & Safety Engineer (Senior/Lead Level) to support or act as a back-up of the Principal Consultant to facilitate risk and safety assessment workshops within BV Malaysia and SEA region. The successful candidate will lead/manage formal safety assessment studies, develop technical proposals, and supervise safety cases and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from a recognised university (preferably master's in process safety)
• Certified as a Functional Safety Engineer/Professional is advantageous
• Chartered Engineer or professional accreditation preferred
• At least 7 years of consultancy experience in a similar position within well-known consultancies
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in risk and safety studies for oil and gas industries (floaters, onshore/offshore), petrochemical industries for both greenfield and brownfields projects (existing assets)
