Senior Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our growing Sydney planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of strategic and statutory planning projects, supporting high‐profile land development initiatives for both government and private sector clients.

Requirements

• Relevant Planning qualification (or equivalent)
• 7–10 years’ experience in urban or town planning, ideally with some experience in the private sector in NSW
• Strong experience in statutory planning, with demonstrated exposure to strategic planning
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver clear, practical planning advice
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients, consultants and authorities
• A collaborative mindset, with initiative, drive and a desire to continue developing your career
• Experience managing / co-ordinating consultant teams and contributing to multidisciplinary projects
