Senior Project Manager - Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and education projects. The role involves end-to-end leadership, managing every stage from scoping and planning to design coordination, procurement, delivery, and final handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and construction phase delivery, with experience in consultancy or client-side environments. They will also have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within residential, education, or broader property and social infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects within residential, education, or broader property and social infrastructure sectors
• Strong background in design management and construction phase delivery, with the ability to operate independently and with minimal oversight
• Experience in consultancy or client-side environments preferred, with the capability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Student living project exposure is beneficial but not required
• Degree-qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
