Job Description
The Special Project Inspector- Amsterdam will perform inspections on a variety of different products and within different divisions on inland and sea-going vessels, land tankers and lighters. The role requires knowledge of and affinity with the harbor and transport world, as well as self-assurance, performance-orientation, and discipline.
Requirements
- At least MBO work and thinking level, preferably diplomas directed at (control) work in the harbor
- Preferably at least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Relevant certificates for inspection work
- VCA VOL is a plus
- A Statement of Character can be presented
- Prepared to work in shifts, including night shifts
- A customer-oriented, commercial, and professional attitude
- Technical insight and good mathematical skills
- Excellent command of the English language in word and writing, Dutch is a Plus
- In possession of a B driving license
