Job Description
Technical/Process Safety Engineer role for SPS Flowline + TI projects in Gendalo Gendang Kali, Indonesia, requiring 10+ years of experience in process safety engineering, industry standards, and software skills such as PIPENET, FLARESIM, and PHAST.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master degree in chemical engineering (S1) from university in Indonesia.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in relevant process safety engineering design upstream oil and gas topside facilities.
- Experience with industry standards such as API, IEC 61508/61511 (Functional Safety), ISO, DNV, ABS, and IMO regulations
- Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment, and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA)
- Experience with Process Safety Design Basis, Conceptual Designs of Process Safety, Specifications, Simulations, Calculations, Datasheets, Standard Drawings, Hazardous schedule, hazardous area classification drawing, escape route layout drawing, HAZID/HAZOP and etc with related process safety design aspect.
- Experience to use software such as PIPENET, FLARESIM, dan PHAST.
- Have experience for activities Commissioning & start-up and trouble shooting.
