Job Description
Bureau Veritas is seeking a Tank & Piping Integrity Engineer to join their Industrials team in Murarrie, QLD. The role involves performing integrity assessments of aboveground storage tanks and related piping systems, conducting fitness for service assessments, and providing engineering support.
Requirements
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – mandatory
- RPEQ – highly preferred
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tank and/or piping integrity engineering
- Strong working knowledge of API 653, AS 1692, and relevant integrity standards
- Good understanding of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code and regulatory framework
- Experience in repair methodology development and assessment
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
