Requirements

• Engineering degree or significant experience in offshore engineering
• Strong understanding of floating offshore structures design, mechanics of materials, finite element analysis, and structural behavior
• Rigorous, autonomous, a strong team player, and demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with clients, teams, and our international network
• Proficient in digital tools, with strong writing and interpersonal skills
