Technischer Experte (m/w/d) / Besichtiger (m/w/d) Marine Customer Center

We are looking for a Technical Expert / Inspector Marine Customer Center to provide classification and statutory care of ships in Germany, organize services, and prepare/executing class changes. The ideal candidate has studies in Ship Operation Technology or equivalent technical studies, several years of active sea experience, and customer orientation.

Requirements

• Studies in Ship Operation Technology or equivalent technical studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering / Shipbuilding / Electrical Engineering
• Several years of active sea experience as a technical officer, experiences as a shipping inspector, activity in shipbuilding or the maritime supply industry
• Experience as an inspector or technical expert of an IACS classification society is advantageous
• Customer orientation, solution-oriented way of working, proactive communication (internal/external)
• Team ability
• Travel readiness and availability also outside regular working hours
• Negotiation secure German and English in word and writing
