Bureau is a unified risk decisioning platform seeking an Integration Engineer to lead SDK integrations and resolve technical challenges for clients.

Requirements

2-6 years of experience in SDK Integration, Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Mobile/Web Development
Deep understanding of Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and Mobile ecosystems (native iOS/Swift/Objective-C, native Android/Kotlin/Java, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native/Flutter)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to developer audiences as well as non-technical stakeholders
Strong programming foundation with the ability to use languages like Python, Node.js, or Shell to build automation workflows, integration scripts, and sample applications
Experience working with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, AWS)
Hands-on experience with issue tracking, version control, and support tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Zendesk, FreshDesk)
Flexibility & Empathy: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working flexible hours when necessary, and handling technical escalations with a mix of empathy and confidence
