As a Manufacturing Line Manager, you'll lead the team on the line, planning and coordinating daily operations to make sure everything runs efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on leadership experience managing teams in a production setting
• Understanding of key production processes and workflows
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and quality standards
• Confident with data analysis and tools like Excel and internal dashboards
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills—especially in fast-paced situations
• Clear communicator who knows how to motivate teams, provide feedback, and maintain a healthy work environment
• Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership—you see a problem and solve it
