Job Description
Industrialisation Manager (Outerwear) responsible for overseeing the industrialization process of outerwear products, from initial prototyping to bulk production. Ensures product feasibility by providing technical support to Product Development and Product Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product Development, Product Engineering, Technical) while preserving brand aesthetic and design integrity.
- Strong technical knowledge of outerwear construction, technical materials, seam sealing, insulation, and performance standards; hands-on experience in sewing and fabric cutting.
- Expertise in managing subco relationships and factory partnerships; operational understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and lead time constraints.
- Skilled in analyzing technical sheets and BOMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
