BURGA is a global powerhouse that offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves supporting annual budgeting, monitoring business performance, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good grasp of financial statements, accounting basics, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA)
- Experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems (BC365)
- Clear communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work independently
