Job Description
BURGA is a global powerhouse with 2+ million customers, 6+ million products sold, and revenue of over 50 million in 2023. They are building a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas to produce 40,000 items daily. As a Senior Product Development Manager, you'll own the category roadmap and lead products from idea to launch, driving strategy, managing suppliers, and delivering results across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development, with a track record of taking complex products from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of consumer hardware or accessories — you know what makes a product worth building
- Experience managing supplier relationships and navigating product development with overseas manufacturers
- Strong commercial thinking — you build business cases with data, not gut feel
- Proven ability to own a category roadmap and deliver against revenue and margin targets
- Fluent in English; clear and direct communicator across suppliers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Experience mentoring junior team members and raising the bar around you
