Join the Flame-Grilled Fun – Become an Assistant Manager at Burger King! As an Assistant Manager at Burger King, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to drive performance, coach team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or retail supervisory experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and ready to jump into any role as needed
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
