Director of After School and Summer Programs

The Director of After School and Summer Programs is responsible for creating and implementing inclusive and engaging extended care and summer programs for students in grades K-8. The Director works across Lower and Upper schools with faculty, staff, parents, and outside vendors to ensure that all programming reflects the school’s mission and complements the school’s curriculum.

Requirements

• Create and implement the ASEP curriculum for Fall, Winter and Spring trimesters each year
• Train, supervise, and manage the performance and professional development of Tree House and Study Tree employees
• Manage the use of space for all after-school activities
• Maintain communications as needed with all stakeholders
• Hire, train, and supervise staff for all after-school programs
