Job Description
Develops, organizes and implements high quality, member-focused YMCA Sports, Health and Fitness programs. Directs program activities, supervises staff, and recruits volunteers. Coordinates program budget, marketing, and facilities use. Assists with fundraising and special events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Recreation, Health & Wellness, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sports programming, wellness, or recreation management
- Experience supervising staff and/or volunteers preferred
- Experience working in a YMCA or nonprofit setting is a plus
