2+ years of clinical and charge nurse experience, with previous leadership experience preferred
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5+ years of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Graduate of vocational/technical school, current LPN license, BLS certification
DIETARY AIDE
Read, write, stand for several hours, lift 50 pounds, work in 90 degree room temperatures
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Completed training, registered with state CNA registry, BLS certification
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Graduate of approved vocational/technical school, Wisconsin licensure required, BLS or ability to obtain within 6 months
LABORATORY MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, certification as a Medical Lab Scientist, and 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Must be a graduate of an approved vocational/technical school. WI LPN/CMA license/certificate required. CPR card and excellent skills are needed
PHYSICIAN
MD or DO degree, residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and eligibility for Wisconsin medical licensure
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Must be registered with the State of Wisconsin CNA registry, BLS certification, and be at least 16 years old
