LABORATORY MANAGER

Burnett Medical Center is currently looking for a Laboratory Manager to work in our busy laboratory. This role involves leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the laboratory, ensuring safe, accurate, and cost-effective testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• Certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS/MT) or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience, including supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting strongly preferred
