The Assistant Controller will report to the Corporate Controller and be responsible for supervising the monthly close process, international consolidation, SEC reporting, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- CPA is a must
- Minimum 8-10 years accounting experience
- 3-5 or more years of leadership and management experience
- Broad based experience in complex technical accounting areas
- Software experience required
- SEC reporting and SOX compliance is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess strong excel skills
