BIM Specialist Coordinator MEP / Fachkoordinator TGA (m/w/d)

We are a leading international design practice looking for a BIM specialist coordinator MEP to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for creation and management of BIM coordination models, preparation and creation of construction drawings, and coordination with other disciplines. Requirements

• Creation and management of BIM coordination models
• Preparation and creation of construction drawings
• Coordination with other disciplines
• Support in documenting and implementing project-specific coordination strategies
• Leading internal coordination meetings and participating in external coordination meetings
• Coordination of collaboration with other disciplines and use of clash detection software Navisworks/Solibri and issue management software such as ACC, BIM Collab, Dalux
• Checking quality assurance checks of BIM models for compliance with internal and external project design standards
• Collaboration with European branches and the global BIM team to promote new regional standards and optimize workflows with computational scripting tools such as Dynamo, Python, and C#
• Modeling, coordination, and annotations in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, sanitary piping systems, and electrical systems in Revit 2023-20216
• Control of the flow and storage of digital project documentation (RVT, IFC, DWG, PDF) using cloud-based CDEs such as BIM360, ThinkProject, and Aconex
