Intake Director

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager (Intake) experienced in personal injury to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will oversee the intake process, manage a high-performing team, and ensure high standards of performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal injury intake and sales management
• Personal injury law experience
• Extremely computer proficient with experience in CRM, marketing automation tools, and online advertising platforms
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals
• Ability to formulate effective closing scripts for client acquisition
• Experience in sourcing advertisement vendors and managing agencies within budget
• Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Familiarity with setting up Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and Facebook advertising campaigns
• Experience in finding and collaborating with creative professionals to increase intake numbers
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team in a remote environment
