Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury or employment law cases
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Strong legal writing ability
• Proven trial experience in high-stakes situations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple cases effectively
