• Creativity and ability to initiate and execute creative strategies to enhance engagement and user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, community platforms, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics and resolve conflicts with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
