Requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the development team
- Assist with filing, document management, and maintaining digital and physical records
- Prepare and organize reports, proposals, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and site visits as needed
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle incoming inquiries
- Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and basic data entry
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- Maintain consultant contact lists, contracts, and status trackers
- Follow up on outstanding items and report progress to the development team
- Communicate with external consultants (architects, engineers, expediters, and other vendors) to track deliverables, timelines, and required documentation
