Greet residents and guests, monitor lobby traffic, and provide customer service. Monitor and control access to the building, handle maintenance requests, and maintain a clean lobby area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a doorman, concierge, or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link/ManageCo, and Keylink system
