Business Analyst

Business Changers is a Tech Company that capitalizes on technological innovation to create new products and software solutions for its clients. We are looking for a Business Analyst to collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, ensure implementation of processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Ability to manage end-to-end processes from requirement collection to delivery in operation.
• Excellent relational and interaction skills with the internal team and the final client.
• Habit of working towards objectives.
• Strong analytical skills, documentation writing, and specification drafting skills, both textually and graphically (workflow).
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst in a similar role.
• Competence in process modeling techniques and tools (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to a heterogeneous audience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Monday).
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
• Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent.
