Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in helping venture-backed, high-growth technology companies attract and retain great people
- Ability to partner across every corner of the org and figure out what makes people value-additive to the organization
- Experience in building and rebuilding playbooks, scorecards, and employee experiences that feel thoughtful and human
