Sells and schedules needed service work in the service department. Greets customers, writes up customer's vehicle problems, and provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.

Requirements

• Schedules service appointments
• Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
• Gathers customer's vehicle problems and writes them up accurately
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Establishes customer's method of payment
• Notifies dispatcher of incoming work
• Reviews repair orders to ensure work is completed and additional work is noted
