Job Description
Licensed Behavioral Health & Community Engagement Specialist - dual-role position providing high-quality therapeutic services and strengthening community partnerships.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
- Active state licensure as LSW, LPC, LMFT, or higher
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health systems, DSM-5 diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Demonstrated experience with marketing, communications, or community outreach preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and report writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and EHR systems
