Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to support our behavioral health team. This position is 15 hours per week and is fully remote.
Requirements
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Review and sign off on progress notes
- Complete assessments and evaluations
- Prepare transition and discharge summaries
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
- Coordinate care with the Case Manager and other service providers
- Must hold an active Ohio license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LISW)
