Job Description
Seeking a lead generation expert to architect the future of Paid Social, leading a team and designing creative and audience strategies for high-quality B2C lead generation for home services.
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing with a focus on paid social
- Experience in high-volume; high-intent B2C lead generation
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads and other paid social platforms
- AI-native and agentic workflow design
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a technical field (Computer Science or Data Analytics background is a plus)
